This Refund Policy applies to purchases made on Last Card (bigcardparty.com), operated by DJM Business Concepts. Payments are processed by our Merchant of Record, Paddle.com, and all refunds are issued through Paddle.
All purchases made on Last Card are final and non-refundable. We do not offer refunds or credits for any reason, including dissatisfaction with ad performance, unused time, or accidental purchases.

Ads that are misleading, illegal, or offensive, or that otherwise violate our Terms & Conditions, may be removed at our discretion. Refund eligibility for policy-based removals is handled case-by-case within the 30-day window above.
Nothing in this policy limits any mandatory consumer rights you may have under the laws of your country of residence.
